The custom flavor systems used in our super premium-quality "gelati" (plural of gelato--meaning many flavors) are imported from Italian confectionery and flavor houses as well as sources in Tahiti, France, Belgium, Germany, Columbia, Canada and the USA. These select ingredients are then blended with fresh milk (containing less than 2% milk fat), pure cane, beet and corn sugar, and all natural stabilizers/emulsifiers to create the smooth texture, rich/vibrant flavor and refreshing taste experience that only the finest "world class" ice creams possess.

GELATI-DA® brand gelato rapidly melts in the mouth (exploding with a burst of intense flavor) then it quickly disappears, leaving one totally refreshed. For all its virtues, GELATI-DA "just happens to be" 98% milk fat free, 1/3 to 1/2 the calories of American regular and full fat ice creams, is very low in cholesterol (no eggs) and low sodium yet, just a 1/2 cup serving provides 15% of the RDA of calcium.
